1/48th kit, prairie wagon
Flat packed, in kit form and ready for construction in colours of your own choosing. This is an advanced kit for an experienced dolls house maker.
Size: 12 cms long including the poles x 3.5 cms wide at the wheels x 6.5 cms high at the highest point.
The covered wagon consisted of a wooden bed covered by canvas stretched over wooden hoops riding on top of iron-covered wooden wheels and iron axels. Covered wagons had two main purposes: transporting people with their belongings and supplies on long journeys and hauling cargo across difficult terrain.
