Flat packed, in kit form and ready for construction in colours of your own choosing. Palm trees and decoration are not included.
The villa is modular, so it is possible to move the rooms if needed. The rooms do not glue to the forecourt.

Long rooms: 19.5 cms long x 7 cms deep x 5.2 cms high.
Forecourt: 12.1 cms long x 10 cms wide.
